Questions worth asking before you email

Why six months? We're launching in ten weeks.

Then we're not the right fit for this launch, and we'll tell you that on the first call rather than take the money. The binding constraint isn't our capacity, it's how long it takes a customer's legal and communications teams to approve an employee saying something public about a vendor. At a 400-person company that runs six to ten weeks by itself, and it can't start until the design partner has agreed, which can't happen until we've talked to them.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Most of the variables that decide how a launch performs sit on your side of the table: the maturity of the product, how well your design partners can articulate the value, how crowded your category is that week. We commit to the work and to being honest about what we're seeing while it's happening.

What exactly do we get for $60,000?

The roster, the clearance, the drafts, the sequence, live launch-day coverage, Kindling set up, and the payouts and tax work that come with asking people to go on the record. The full inventory is on this page under What actually arrives. If any line on that list doesn't apply to your launch, we'll tell you on the first call and price accordingly.

How is this different from Kindling?

Kindling is the platform. Launch Control is the six-month, done-for-you engagement that uses it to get a specific set of people ready for a specific day.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet. We're early, and we will not put a company's name on a launch that hasn't happened. What we can put in front of a skeptic is the method, the live platform it runs on, and a straight conversation with the person who would do the work.

Who actually does the work?

Brian De Groodt. One operator. A small number of launches at a time, because this is people work and it doesn't compress. If you want to talk to someone who has run a launch like this, we'll put you on with them, or tell you straight that you'd be the first.

Isn't this just customer marketing?

Customer marketing produces assets you own and publish: case studies, quote cards, a logo wall. This produces people who publish, in their own voice, on their own accounts, to audiences you don't control. The distinction matters because the second one is the only version your buyer believes.

What if our design partners say no?

Some will. That's why the first two months are spent finding out. A roster that's smaller and real beats one that's larger and theoretical, and we'd rather hand you four people who are genuinely ready than twelve who are technically committed.

Do you pay our design partners?

Compensation is transparent, disclosed, and handled on Kindling: published rates, cash or gift card or charitable donation at the advocate's choice, W-9 on file, 1099-NEC filed at year end. Nobody is assigned a post, given a script, or held to a quota. The moment a brand assigns content it stops being advocacy, and buyers can tell.

What do you need from us?

Introductions to your design partners, and one person on your side who can make decisions inside a week. That's most of it.

What if the launch date slips?

Dates slip. The work doesn't reset, because the expensive part is clearance and clearance doesn't expire. We rescope the sequencing and go on the new date.
